Cappelletti Amaro Trentino
A taste of the Italian Dolomites, Cappelletti Amaro Trentino is an elegant Alpine herbal liqueur crafted by a family-owned producer established in 1906.
Created in the late 1950s, this historic amaro combines mountain botanicals including sweet woodruff, peppermint, gentian and centaury, delivering fragrant mint, delicate herbal sweetness and a beautifully balanced, gently bitter finish.
Still made by the fourth generation of the Cappelletti family, its original label has remained unchanged for more than 65 years — a charming tribute to the traditions of Trentino.
Lighter and more approachable than many intensely bitter Italian amari, it's equally delightful served chilled after dinner, over ice with orange, or lengthened with tonic for a refreshing Alpine aperitivo.
