An adventurous expression of Victoria's wild landscape, Gallivanter Gin is handcrafted by Itinerant Spirits in Ballarat's beautifully restored 160-year-old railway goods shed.
Created by head distiller James Fairlie, formerly of Four Pillars, this exceptional gin combines juniper, creamy lemon, mandarin and grapefruit with hand-foraged Grampians lemon drop waxflower, native pepperberry and warming spice. Vibrant, aromatic and wonderfully smooth.
Superb in a classic G&T, Martini or Negroni.
