A favourite amongst many, including us, stemming from our love of Loire Valley cab franc. Five days on skins fermented and stored in stainless steel. A bright ruby red, crunchy, aromas of cherry and white pepper and bright and extremely varietal. Elegant and fresh with fine tannins.
