Ischia Sapori Amaro Rucolino
An extraordinary taste of Italy's volcanic island of Ischia, Amaro Rucolino is a distinctive herbal liqueur crafted from wild rocket leaves, citrus peel and more than 30 secret botanicals.
Made by the Savastano family, whose liqueur-making heritage dates to 1880, Rucolino undergoes a 40-day botanical infusion, revealing fragrant citrus, subtle caramel, peppery herbs and a beautifully balanced bittersweet finish. Unlike richer, heavier amari, its lively character makes it wonderfully refreshing.
