A remarkable Australian interpretation of Italy's traditional green walnut liqueur, Marionette Nocino is handcrafted in Melbourne using walnuts harvested from the Yarra Ranges.
Created in collaboration with Orlando Marzo, 2018 World Class Bartender of the Year, it combines aromatic green walnuts with native lemon myrtle and toasted wattleseed, delivering layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, fragrant herbs and beautifully balanced bittersweet richness.
Awarded an outstanding 96 points by Halliday Wine Companion, this distinctive liqueur also stars in the Nocino Negroni at Melbourne's iconic Rooftop Bar in Curtin House.
A wonderfully sophisticated digestif, equally delicious served neat, over ice or in a rich, nutty twist on a classic Negroni.
