A standout single-vineyard Shiraz from McLaren Vale biodynamic pioneer David Paxton. Planted in 1996, Quandong Farm was the family's original vineyard to embrace biodynamic farming, producing wines of exceptional purity and character.
Awarded 95 points by Halliday Wine Companion, the 2024 vintage reveals boysenberry, dark plum, black cherry and savoury spice, with fragrant rosemary, pepper and fine, cocoa-dusted tannins. Wild-fermented with 40% whole bunches, it balances generous fruit with remarkable freshness and finesse.
