A beautifully crafted Australian interpretation of classic Italian rosso vermouth, Saison Red is the creation of celebrated Melbourne chef Dave Verheul, co-owner of Embla.
Made from Victorian Moscato and Shiraz infused with 22 botanicals, including caramelised blood orange, vanilla, saffron, rose and liquorice, it delivers luscious red fruit, warming spice and subtle aged caramel, balanced by an elegant herbal bitterness. Crafted over 24 months using a solera-style process, it offers remarkable depth and complexity.
Exceptional served over ice with orange, in an Americano or as the foundation of a truly outstanding Negroni.
