Crafted with wild Davidson plums, fragrant rosella flowers, sweet Australian oranges and mountain pepper, it reveals juicy raspberry, tart plum, citrus peel and a delicate peppery spice, finishing with refreshing acidity and gentle bitterness.
Founded by two former environmental scientists in 2019, Autonomy champions sustainable production and native ingredients, including repurposed citrus peels that would otherwise go to waste.
