Layers of grapefruit, white peach, ripe quince and delicate florals meet oyster-shell minerality, subtle oak spice and a beautifully textured palate, finishing with remarkable freshness and length.
Established in 1815 and acquired by the celebrated Faiveley family in 2014, Billaud-Simon has become synonymous with elegant, terroir-driven Chablis.
