Layers of blackberry, mulberry and dark plum meet liquorice, dried herbs, bitter chocolate and exotic spice, with silky, chalky tannins and a beautifully long, mineral finish.
Established by Ron and Elva Laughton, Jasper Hill's original vines were planted in 1975. Today, their daughter Emily McNally continues the family's dedication to organic, dry-grown viticulture.
