A vibrant Australian interpretation of classic French crème de cassis, Marionette Dry Cassis is handcrafted in Melbourne using premium Tasmanian blackcurrants. Bursting with ripe berries, subtle cranberry and refreshing acidity, it delivers intense fruit flavour with approximately half the sugar of traditional French cassis.
Awarded 95 points by Halliday Wine Companion and twice crowned Champion Liqueur at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, this exceptional liqueur is made using the rare White Bud blackcurrants grown by father-and-son farmers Rob and Richard Clark in Tasmania.
