An exceptional expression of traditional French Cognac, Normandin-Mercier Vieille Fine Champagne 15 Year Old comes from a family-owned house established in 1872 near La Rochelle.
Blending eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus, it reveals ripe plum, candied fruit, toasted almonds and subtle oak spice, with a beautifully smooth, lingering finish. Matured initially in new French oak before resting in larger oak casks, it offers impressive depth and elegance.
Awarded Silver at the International Wine & Spirit Competition and featured on the drinks lists at Brisbane's Supernormal and Adelaide's Parc Brasserie, this is a distinctive alternative to the major Cognac houses.
