From one of McLaren Vale's most progressive estates, Orbis Shiraz is a beautifully poised expression of old-vine Australian Shiraz. Founded in 2018, Orbis has earned national recognition for its regenerative farming, off-grid winery and commitment to biodiversity, winning the 2023 South Australian Wine Industry Environmental Excellence Award.
Awarded 92 points by Marcus Ellis (Halliday Wine Companion), the 2023 vintage comes from the estate's oldest, highest-elevation Shiraz vines. Expect raspberry, dark cherry, blackberry, star anise and savoury herbs, with silky tannins and remarkable freshness.
Featured in Wine Selectors' 2025 McLaren Vale Shiraz showcase, this is an elegant, Rhône-inspired alternative to heavier Australian Shiraz, delivering exceptional character and impressive environmental credentials.
