An extraordinary Australian take on Italy's traditional Barolo Chinato, crafted by Matt Large, founder of Praeter Wines and former senior winemaker at Shaw + Smith. Inspired by his time working in Piedmont, Matt combines fortified Nebbiolo and Shiraz from Victoria's Malakoff Vineyard with a secret blend of aromatic botanicals, creating an irresistible balance of sweet fruit, bitter herbs and warming spice.
Featured on the wine lists of Melbourne's acclaimed Etta and Sorrento's Shi Hui Shi, this is a beautifully distinctive after-dinner wine.
