A beautiful celebration of Melbourne's summer blooms, Saison White Flowers 2026 is an exceptional small-batch vermouth created by celebrated chef Dave Verheul, co-owner of Embla.
Wild-picked and organically grown jasmine, elderflower, white rose and chrysanthemum are infused with locally grown white peaches, creating an enchanting combination of delicate florals, juicy stone fruit and refreshing herbal bitterness. Made with Victorian Moscato and Frontignac, then rested in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant aromatics.
Spotted in the glass of three-Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta at a restaurant in Rome, Saison White Flowers has also featured on the wine list at Melbourne's acclaimed Aru restaurant.
