An exceptional aged Tasmanian sparkling from fifth-generation winemaker Stefano Lubiana. Crafted from biodynamically grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this remarkable 2013 release reveals charred lemon, honeycomb, roasted hazelnut and freshly baked croissant, with fine bubbles, luxurious texture and extraordinary depth.
Produced only in select vintages, its complexity is enhanced by extended lees ageing and a remarkable finishing touch; estate-distilled brandy matured in French oak for 11 years.
