From an eighth-generation Champagne family cultivating Bouzy since 1799, Pierre Paillard Les Parcelles B22 is an exceptional Grand Cru Champagne crafted exclusively from the village's prized vineyards. Wild strawberry, red cherry, citrus zest and toasted brioche meet vibrant minerality, fine bubbles and a beautifully long, savoury finish.
Crafted by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard from organically farmed vineyards, with extended lees ageing and minimal dosage, this is a sophisticated grower Champagne built for the dining table.
