A vibrant and beautifully textured Fiano from the Adelaide Hills, Jericho 2026 bursts with pineapple, ripe pear, honeydew and delicate florals, complemented by subtle almond notes, refreshing acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Producer notes
Varietal explosions of tropical pineapple, honeydew and pear leap out the glass, followed by subtle lees derived notes of almond, hay and elderflower. This Italian variety, native to the hills of Campania in Southern Italy is well suited to the extreme ends of the Adelaide Hills, from which we source our fruit. The higher altitude of these vineyards allows for slow, even ripening, retaining natural acidity, and vibrant fruit flavours.
