Small parcels were fermented separately in open top fermenters...Ten months maturation in new (20%) and seasoned French oak prior to blending and bottling..."Perfumed aromas of ripe plum, raspberry and dark cherry supported by subtle oak spice. Bright and juicy red fruit flavours upfront are underscored by a dense core of dark cherry and supple oak tannin"
