An exceptional cool-climate Pinot Noir from Victoria's Macedon Ranges, Bindi Dixon 2025 showcases the remarkable elegance and precision of acclaimed winemaker Michael Dhillon.
Sourced from Bindi's original 1988 vineyard plantings and the Kaye Vineyard established in 2001, it reveals seductive layers of dark cherry, ripe plum, wild strawberry and rose petals, with hints of ginger, earth and delicate spice. Fine, chalky tannins and vibrant acidity carry through to a beautifully long finish.
Featured on the wine lists at Melbourne's acclaimed Cutler & Co and Marion Wine Bar, Dixon offers a wonderful introduction to one of Australia's most respected Pinot Noir producers. Elegant now, with excellent cellaring potential.
