A true expression of Piedmontese craftsmanship, Bordiga Vermouth di Torino Rosso has been produced in Cuneo since 1888. Crafted from prized Piedmontese wines, including Nebbiolo, and wild Alpine botanicals, it reveals rich citrus peel, warming spice, vanilla and fragrant herbs, with velvety sweetness and a beautifully persistent bittersweet finish.
Founded by pioneering herbalist Pietro Bordiga, the distillery's reputation grew so quickly that Turin's legendary Caffè Mulassano commissioned its own exclusive Bordiga vermouth, a partnership that continues today.
Made using traditional methods requiring up to 50 days before bottling, this exceptional vermouth captures over 135 years of Italian aperitivo heritage.
Superb served over ice with orange, or as the foundation of a classic Negroni or Manhattan.
