El Maestro Sierra only began bottling in the last 20 years, but its history dates back to 1832. It was founded by Jose Antonio Sierra, a master carpenter responsible for building barrels for all the major sherry houses. Recognised as one of the top coopers of his time, in 1832 he opened a small winery with the aim of making the best sherries possible.

Direct shipping via the Willsmere Cellars website is currently limited to the states of VIC, SA, NSW and ACT, with a maximum of 6 bottles for QLD only. **Free Shipping for orders of $250 or more for VIC, SA, ACT and NSW for 1 Dozen bottles or less (16kg). For all QLD orders the maximum quantity is 6 bottles (8kg).
