Reed 'Knifes Edge' Shiraz 2025
A beautifully expressive Grampians Shiraz from Sierra Reed, whose unconventional journey from modelling and television to winemaking took her through some of the world's great wine regions before establishing Reed Wines in 2015.
Named after the distinctive wedding bands worn by Sierra and her husband, Knife Edge is crafted from organically farmed Great Western Shiraz. The 2025 vintage delivers generous blueberry, tart plum, cracked pepper, black olive and savoury spice, with plush fruit, beautiful freshness and fine structure. Wild-fermented with one-third whole bunches and matured in seasoned French oak.
With just 394 dozen produced, this is a distinctive, limited-production Shiraz for lovers of elegant, savoury Australian reds.
