An exceptional cool-climate Chardonnay from Victoria's Macedon Ranges, Bindi Kostas Rind 2025 showcases the extraordinary precision and elegance of winemaker Michael Dhillon.
From a tiny 1.5-hectare vineyard planted in 1988 on volcanic soils, this beautifully layered Chardonnay reveals white peach, lemon zest, orange blossom and toasted cashew, with delicate French oak, flinty minerality and a long, vibrant finish.
Featured on the wine lists at Melbourne's acclaimed Cutler & Co and Marion Wine Bar, the 2025 vintage is a wonderful example of Australia's finest small-production Chardonnay.
