From the celebrated vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Collotte 2023 is a beautifully refined Pinot Noir sourced from mature vines planted in 1955. Layers of dark cherry, wild raspberry, violets and savoury spice meet fine tannins, vibrant acidity and impressive mineral depth.
