Sourced from mature Chardonnay vines around Maligny, it reveals fresh lemon, white peach, crisp orchard fruit and delicate sea spray, with subtle flinty notes, a generous texture and a long, chalky finish.
Since taking over his family's vineyards in 2010, Pierrick has transformed the estate from a grape supplier into an acclaimed producer, using traditional stainless-steel winemaking to preserve the character of Chablis.
Featured at Flower Drum, Cutler & Co and Marion, this exceptional 2023 is presented in the impressive 1.5-litre format, ideal for entertaining, gifting or patient cellaring.
